Map Of Japan Made of 1.8 Million LEGO Blocks

Another day, another highly impressive LEGO project. Here we’ve got a map of Japan made from 1.8 million LEGO bricks. The project was made by over 5,000 people in over 6 regions of Japan, then the separate pieces were combined in Tokyo for an event called Build Up Japan. In addition to the incredibly intricate map, the children in attendance were encouraged to create structures of how they’d like Japan to look in the future. And even those are good! Like waaahayhayhaaaaay better than I could do. Like, even if I ever managed to gather the self-restraint to NOT eat all the pieces before building anything. Which, let’s be honest, is never gonna happen. I can’t help it that they taste nummy!
