Glow In The Dark Dresses

I realize the concept of glow-in-the-dark stuff isn’t new, but this frock is awesome. I’m totally gonna rock it at Cosmic Bowling! This is the Cooperative Summer Glow Dress from Urban Outfitters. Wear it outside (or, if you’re a hermit, under some kind of light), then at night (or in the closet with the door closed) it’ll glow! Does that make sense? I know, I don’t get it either.
