Babies are fussy – especially when you’re poking, prodding and putting things where they don’t belong. And who can blame them? But now there’s a new way to take baby’s temperature in a comfortable, non-invasive way. The Pacifier Thermometer from Summer Infant beeps when the reading is complete and will glow red if the temperature registers 99.9 degrees of higher, indicating that baby has a fever. There’s even a memory feature that recalls past readings so you can monitor your child’s progress. If only the rest of the rearing were this easy! $13

This only works if the baby really sucks on the binky. If it is just in the mouth, the thermometer will not register the temp.
