It’s basically exactly what it sounds like: a birdhouse fitted onto a rooftile that sits on top of your house. The thing was designed by Klaas Kuiken and is manufactured by Dijkstra Keliwaren. That’s right, they’re available for purchase. I guess for the type of person who likes houses so much they wanna put a house on their house.
