To the untrained eye these look like plates featuring beautiful artistic patterns, but to medically trained eyes they look like plates featuring human tissue. Designed by medical illustrator Emily Evans, the plates come in four patterns: testicle, liver, thyroid, and esophagus. Yum! (Two of those are perfect for serving foie gras and rocky mountain oysters!)
