The very first post on this site (written by yours truly) was about a cheese grater, so I guess you can say they hold a special place in my heart. You could go ahead and say that, but the truth is, they don’t. Way back then I had no idea what an alligator had to do with grating cheese–and now–almost three years later, I’m not sure what a hedgehog has to do with it either.
