Food photos have become so abundant online that it’s easy to pass them over when you’re scrolling through everything. But photographer Henry Hargreaves doesn’t just take pictures of recipes he found on Pinterest. These are recreations of the last meals requested by death row inmates.The photoseries entitled No Seconds, includes the last meals from killers like John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, and Timothy McVeigh. Hargreaves also includes facts about the killers and their meals, like the fact that Ronnie Lee Gardner requested to eat his last meal while watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy. That sounds like a smart way to prolong your life. If I’m ever on death row I’m gonna ask to watch every season of Doctor Who while working my way through an all you can eat buffet.
