Spice Up Your Cooking With Chemistry

Spice Up Your Cooking With Chemistry

If you’re not quite ready to jump into molecular gastronomy, but you’re looking for a way to science up your time in the kitchen, check out the Scientific Spice Rack. You can store your spices in test tubes and mark them with labels that look like elements from the periodic table. So like, instead of As (arsenic) you get stuff like Ms (mustard). Because cooking with arsenic would be bad. Unless you got some scores to settle, in which case, I’m not here to judge. In fact, I was never here and we never spoke of this.
