This stuff may look cute enough to eat, but you probably shouldn’t be eating polymer clay. Tiny food for doll houses or made into jewelry isn’t a new idea, but artist Shay Aaron does it so well it’s hard to believe you’re not looking at real food. If it wasn’t for the coins or hands included in the photos for scale, we would have been fooled. (Instead we imagine that we’re looking at real food with giant pennies and hand sculptures next to it.) If you’re curious how Aaron makes such realistic food, his Flickr gallery might offer some insight. And by the way, if you remember rainbow cake then you’ll adore these bobby pins. $15+ Source
