Cut The Cheese On A Slice Of Cheese

Cut The Cheese On A Slice Of Cheese

Objects that take their names literally are always a hit…at least around here.  This lovely slice of Swiss is an actual cheeseboard. Made of a unique composite of acrylic resin and powdered bauxite (a mineral similar to marble), it has some of the same qualities a marble cheese board would have. So if you chill it in the fridge ahead of time, it will keep your fancy  cheeses fresh and cool on the table for longer than a wooden board.  One of its hole goes all the way through, for easy hanging. $60
