Baconery is a bakery that makes bacon baked goods. The shop owner Wesley Klein was inspired to fuse the delicious saltiness of breakfast with the sweet tastiness of dessert after discovering the combination of bacon and syrup. Umm, Wesley? Anyway, like I was saying, Baconery’s offers bacon bread, bacon cookies, bacon chocolates, bacon brownies, bacon muffins, bacon dog treats. That’s — that’s about it. Oh no, wait, there’s more.
