Family resemblance doesn’t always stare you right in the face, but there are subtle things that make it apparent if you look close enough. Photographer and Graphic Designer Ulric Collette used these subtle similarities to create split portraits of family members that look strangely seamless. Although his subjects may differ in age or even gender, he merges their portraits together by focusing on like traits such as a similarly shaped nose or matching facial structure. Originally Collette was trying to age his son in Photoshop by using details from his own face and ended up taking the project in a different direction.
