Presentation is important with sushi, or so I’ve heard. I’m usually too busy stuffing my face with roll after roll to notice. But if I came across these laser-cut sushi rolls I might actually stop eating long enough to appreciate them take a picture and post it to Instagram. And my followers wouldn’t even mind that I was uploading yet another picture of food because this is actually interesting—unlike my last few meals: greek yogurt, pb&j, and an entire bag of oreos. Created by Japanese ad agency I&S BBDO, these lovely sushi seaweed designs were made for Umino Seaweed in an effort to boost sales after the 2011 tsunami.
