Stem seems like it would be a cook’s delight. It’s designed to be inserted directly into a citrus fruit and allows you to spray its juices while preparing foods. Right now the Stem is just a concept, but Quirky is looking to manufacture it in the very near future. That’s cool, but um… does it work on chicken? Orrr what about a burger? Hopefully they’ll figure that out in the meantime. I mean, have you ever tried to wring the juices out of a hamburger patty? Lemme tell you, it’s a task.
