Mario Meets Metro: Super Mario 3 Toronto TTC Subway Map

Maps as art have become pretty common lately. While a lot of map art is slick, minimal and undoubtedly cool looking, it’s just not geeky enough. Designer Dave Delisle recreated a map of the Toronto subway system in Super Mario 3 style. The map features icons from the game, such as castles, mushrooms and other Mario related stuff. I’ve never been to Toronto but if I had to guess, I’d stay out of Eglinton West and Victoria Park. If the Hammer Bros icons are any indication, those are not safe neighborhoods.
