Maddie The Coonhound Standing On Things

This is Maddie the Coonhound. She has incredible balance. Better balance than most people me. Her person, Theron Humphrey, is a photographer who travels the country as a part of a separate project, This Wild Idea. Every stop of the way he snaps shots of Maddie standing on things. She’s something special. I mean, of course, ALL animals are special, sure. I seen Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood a time or two. But why do my dogs’ specialty have to be bad breath, eating my chapstick and sleeping all day? Plus they won’t even let me take pictures of them doing those things! If I even try pulling out a camera, Einstein gives me the meanest stink eye you ever seen. And it hurts, you know? Cuts straight to the core.
