LEGO Back to the Future Shoes

For some reason I wasn’t invited to the Back to the Future Nike Air Mag release party here in Los Angeles and, while I realize it was just an oversight (I forgive you, just don’t let it happen again!), I was mega bummed I missed my chance to snag a pair in person. I have alllllllll this money lying around and nowhere to spend it, ya know? Thankfully, flickr-er Orion Pax constructed a LEGO creation that closely resembles the futuristic kicks. They don’t look super comfortable, but at least they light up! No word if they auto-lace like they’re supposed to but I’m leaning toward yes, because I like to set my expectations so high that I’m always disappointed. That’s the secret to unfulfilling life, everybody!
