Impressionist Cake

by Jenni Chasteen

Impressionist Cake

We don’t know whether to eat it or hang it on the wall! (But we’ll probably settle on eating it since it’s a cake and therefore difficult to hang. Also we have a sweet tooth.) The Impressionist Cake took elements of Van Gogh’s Starry Night and Monet’s lilies and transformed them into a 3D edible master piece. While not an exact replica of the paintings the cake looks remarkably similar. Now whenever we look at those stunning impressionist brush strokes in actual paintings we just see delicious frosting. via The Daily Dairy
