Head Candy: Helmet Experiments

This is a 2011 Red Dot Award winning series of conceptual helmets by designer Igor Mitin. Each one features a photo-realistic image that could easily cause an accident considering people are already terrible drivers as it is without having such distractions. Like this one time I was having a real life car chase, right on the heels of a guy pushing an ice cream cart. It was only after I wrapped my car around a light pole that I realized I’d been driving on the sidewalk! Needless to say I take the bus now. Can you imagine the pile up that’d inevitably occur if there was a biker rocking a sweet set of boobies or a b-u-t-t  helmet? (That link is a lil NSFW.) Hell, even the disco ball one would grab my attention. Okay, especially the disco ball — I’m a sucker for shiny things. Just gimme a penny and I’m occupied for hours.
