Chris Gilmour Cardboard Artworks

Chris Gilmour Cardboard Artworks

Despite his choice of materials, sculpture Chris Gilmour definitely works outside of the box. These realistic life-size sculptures aren’t made of marble or wood, but cardboard and glue. The materials were chosen in an effort to encourage recycling. From life sized statues of Caesar and Queen Victoria to a model of a Church made of condom cartons, the pieces prove that cardboard makes a great modern medium for creative eco-conscious artists.
