Little kids who are obsessed with trains usually grow out of it. Or, they become a regular at all of the local train shows and conventions. Hey, to each his own. Canadian man Jason Shron kept on dreaming about having his own train, so he went right ahead and made that dream come true. He built a full-sized replica of a passenger car from Canada’s Via Rail TurboTrain, the train he would ride on from Toronto to Montreal to visit his grandma when he was a child. The results are totally realistic, mostly because he got a rare opportunity to strip out a genuine car that was about to be scrapped. Guests are welcomed on a trip down to the railway-themed space by sounds of actual trains chugging along.
